2.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights related to this service and its content are exclusively owned by the brand. Unauthorized use of any copyrighted material or trademarks is strictly prohibited.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Use of this service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services and enjoy the rewards.

4. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. We recommend that you periodically review the terms to stay informed of any changes.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country, without regard to conflict of law principles.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration according to the prevailing arbitration rules in the country. Each party will bear its own legal and arbitration costs.

6.1 CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

It is important to note that the eligibility of influencers to receive awards depends on the existence of a mutual contractual agreement between the parties.

7. RESPONSIBILITY

In awards that involve travel and/or experiences with a set date, we are not responsible for delays or unforeseen events caused by the recipient and/or third parties, such as weather, delays, travel issues, etc.

8. ACCOUNTED VALUES

Only “Revenue Share” type commissions, recorded as “GGR Commissions” on the panel, will be counted towards achieving the levels. Commissions such as FTD, CPA, or others are not considered in the total value.

8.1 VALIDITY PERIOD

Only commissions accumulated from January 1, 2023, will be valid.

9. MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS

In situations where the affiliate has more than one affiliate account, either master or direct promotion, only one account will be considered for awards. By default, the account with the highest value in GGR commissions will be selected unless the affiliate opts for another.

10. PROGRAM INTEGRITY

If an attempt at fraud and/or breach of the current terms and conditions is found, whether on the betting platform or the program, the affiliate will be ineligible to receive the awards and may have their affiliation suspended and payments withheld.

11. AWARD VALIDITY

The levels achieved and awards are valid for 1 year. If the affiliate does not claim their award within this period, they will forfeit the right to receive it.

12. DELIVERY

Results will be verified every 20th of the month, and the participant will be contacted starting on the 1st of the following month to discuss the award/shipment. Awards are personal and non-transferable, they cannot be sold or donated.

Awards Details

Level 1 – VIP SPA or Cash Equivalent

– Requirement: 10,000 USD in “GGR commissions.” Option between a VIP SPA (including one night at a location near the awardee’s residence) or its cash equivalent. Specific details, including the cash equivalent amount and SPA location options, will be provided at the time of the award.

Level 2 – Latest Generation iPhone Pro Max 

• Requirement: 20,000 USD in “GGR commissions.” Prize of an iPhone 15 Pro Max or the latest generation model available at the time of the award, ensuring the awardee receives the most recent and advanced Apple device.

Level 3 – Bronze – Resort Stay in Nigeria or Cash Equivalent 

• Requirement: 60,000 USD in “GGR commissions.” 4 nights at an all-inclusive resort in Nigeria for the affiliate + one companion. Includes transportation. The resort selection will be based on availability and preferred location within Nigeria. Cash equivalent option available, with details provided at the time of the award.

Level 4 – Silver – Cruise or International Trip or Cash 

• Requirement: 100,000 USD in “GGR commissions.” Options include 7 nights on an all-inclusive cruise (details on the time of year, total value, and route will be defined at the time of the award), an international trip (destination and total value specified at the award) or 10,000 USD in cash. Transportation to the departure location and health insurance included.

Level 5 – Gold – MacBook Pro or International Trip or Cash 

• Requirement: 200,000 USD in “GGR commissions.” Prize options include a MacBook Pro, an international trip with destinations among Europe, North America, Dubai, etc. (details will be provided at the time of the award) or  20,000 in cash. The choice of destination will be tailored to the awardee’s preferences, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Level 6 – Diamond – Mercedes GLC 300 4MATIC or Private Jet Trips 

• Requirement: 1,000,000 USD in “GGR commissions.” Options include a brand new Mercedes GLC 300 4MATIC (documentation at the affiliate’s expense) or two private jet trips per year, accompanied by 2 to 3 companions, to luxury destinations to be defined. Travel insurance included and everything organized to ensure an unparalleled travel experience.
